Session Briefing

The primary objective of the Vice President of Recruitment defines the future of a chapter. His duty is to drive chapter excellence through new member recruitment and is responsible for leading a recruitment committee, or team, toward its annual goal. He must be able to prepare creatively, develop a written plan, sell chapter members on ideas, and mobilize members to act in an organized and efficient manner.

This session will focus entirely on processes to employ in the recruitment process.

SigEp is not defined by its programs, but by its members.  Strong recruitment leads to strong chapters.  It’s that simple.  As Vice President of Recruitment, our success is dependent upon you.  Today’s session is designed to aid you in winning in recruitment.

Often, the Vice President of Recruitment is selected because he’s a great recruiter.  It is imperative that you learn how to teach others how to recruit and lead your team to recruitment victory.  You cannot do this alone.
